Steal a car and sell it. Scan a car's value, check the price at Pay 'n' Spray, then sell to the fence Randy or to buyers listed on WAINK. Damage lowers the price. Older cars open with a lockpick tool; luxury cars need the Key cloner from later in the story and often have alarms and trackers. A Pay 'n' Spray will not buy again for a while after a sale.
